These boost pressure sensors are commonly used as an upgrade for the 8v 1.9 PD130, PD150, PD100, PD115 and PD105 Diesel Engines running hybrid turbos which require a higher reading of 4 BAR rather than the standard 3 or 2.5 BAR

Once installed the vehicle will need a tune to suit the upgraded sensor

Please only fit at the recommendation of your Tuning Specialist as incorrect replacement may damage your engine

These Map sensors are also known as a 'Thrust Sensor' and are used to measure air pressure within the boost pipes of your engine, as well as measuring the air temperature
